AI agents for real estateReal estate agencies and independent brokerages
Respond to new inquiries, reconnect with old leads, prepare listing campaigns, and walk into every appointment with the right context. EstatePilot brings specialist AI agents into one workspace built around your agency and its CRM.
01 / LEAD RESPONSE
Draft replies to buyer and seller inquiries, collect budget, location, and timing, and route the conversation to the right agent. Keep the context with the lead instead of scattered across inboxes.
02 / REACTIVATION
Find contacts due for a follow-up, prepare relevant messages, and record replies and next actions. Work from your agency's contact permissions and review the audience before a sequence starts.
03 / LISTING MARKETING
Turn approved property facts and photos into listing descriptions, social posts, email drafts, owner updates, and launch checklists. Keep the messaging consistent across channels.
04 / APPOINTMENT PREP
Bring together CRM notes, lead history, property preferences, and open questions into a meeting brief. After the appointment, turn your notes into a follow-up draft and clear next steps.
The work is small until it repeats every day.
New inquiries wait while agents are busy
A viewing, a valuation, or a client call takes priority. Buyer and seller inquiries pile up, and the next person to reply has to reconstruct the conversation.
Old leads disappear into the CRM
Contacts without a next action become a forgotten list. Your team needs a practical way to restart relevant conversations and keep the pipeline current.
Every listing starts the same work again
Descriptions, portal copy, social posts, owner updates, and appointment briefs take hours that your agents could spend with clients.
Start with one agency workflow, then build on what works.
Add your agency, team, lead sources, and CRM workflow. Choose where you need help first: inquiries, old contacts, listings, or appointments.
Set your qualification questions, tone of voice, routing rules, and approved property information. Agents prepare work using that shared context.
Review messages, listing copy, and proposed CRM changes before they are applied. Hand conversations to a team member whenever personal judgment is needed.
Track completed follow-ups and appointment outcomes. Adjust the workflow and introduce the next agent when your team is ready.
Proposed scope for the first release. Supported integrations will be confirmed before launch.

EstatePilot is planned as a subscription app with repeatable agency workflows, shared templates, and usage allowances. You configure the agents around your team instead of commissioning a separate custom automation project.
The first release is planned around imported lead and property information, editable drafts, and exports. CRM, website form, email, calendar, and portal connections will be added as supported integrations become available. Tell us which tools your agency uses when joining early access.
Those are planned channels for inquiry handling and follow-up. Direct sending will depend on supported providers, account setup, and contact permissions. Drafts come first; no messaging connection is active on this page.
AgentPhone focuses on voice and SMS lead handling; AgentMail focuses on email triage. EstatePilot covers the broader agency workflow, including CRM reactivation, listing marketing, appointment preparation, and team handoffs. It is not currently a bundle of those apps.
Your team reviews outgoing messages, property copy, and proposed CRM changes before they are applied. Agents use the facts you provide, flag missing details, and hand off questions that require an agent's judgment.
EstatePilot is in development. Join early access to share your agency workflow and hear when the first release is ready. Pricing and limits are proposed launch plans; joining does not start a subscription or connect your CRM.
These features are planned and are not available yet. Register your interest to help shape the first release.
