Early-access requests

ModestBytes collects your email address, chosen product, optional workflow notes, and the time and version of your consent. We use these details to manage your request and send updates about the product you selected. Providing workflow notes is optional; please do not include sensitive information.

Storage and service providers

Requests are processed through our website server and stored in our Apteva CRM. Limited request records are kept on the server to prevent duplicate submissions and retry failed operations. Access is restricted to the people operating ModestBytes and its infrastructure. We do not sell your details.

Website usage

We record page and product views, early-access clicks, plan interest, signup starts and failures, and completed requests in Apteva Analytics. Browser events exclude email addresses, workflow notes, URL query strings, and persistent visitor identifiers. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for browser usage events. A completed signup is recorded as an operational event without your email or notes. Your IP address is used transiently for abuse prevention; infrastructure logs may also contain connection information.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your theme preference locally. It does not set advertising cookies or analytics identifiers.

Your choices

You can ask to stop updates, access or correct your details, or have your request deleted. Contact us at hello@modestbytes.com. We keep early-access details while managing your request, unless you ask us to delete them or we close the product interest list.
